FPL Coach & Development Partners
The FPL operates two levels of partnership: strategic development, and coaching.
On a development level, We work with County FA and local councils to promote and develop adult and youth Futsal programs: from County qualification leagues for the FA Nationals, to regional KidStart Coaching and Samba Cup Competition for schools and clubs.
At the coaching level, regional KidStart & Samba Cup programs are already up and running in a number of areas through our local coaching partners. (example) But we are always looking for more coaches to fall in love with the Mini-Beautiful Game. We're also introducing a new FOOTBALL2FITNESS program, targeted at ages 10-16, which combines all the skills training of KidStart, with fitness and conditioning for the developing Futsal player.

First Class Football is run by Andy McAllen BA and Ben Tadmor; both UEFA qualified football coaches and recent Sports Management graduates. Andy and Ben have 7 years of top quality coaching experience between them gained at some of the biggest clubs in England. Andy was coaching at Tottenham Hotspur and Ben at Charlton Athletic before deciding to offer the children of Kent professional coaching opportunities by establishing First Class Football. Andy and Ben have also coached together at Reading FC (Div 1) and Wycombe Wanderers FC (Div 2) and in the USA with United Soccer Academy. The children coached range from 3 year olds who have never kicked a ball in their life to 'Centre of Excellence' standard players who are on their way to becoming the next David Beckham!!
