FPL Academy is a hit with Club and FA coaches Chelsea, Middlesex County FA and
others get their first touch Mar 2004 -- Operation Futsal4All™got well underway recently when a group of invited coaches and players gathered at Brunel University in London to get their first experience with the magic ball, and went through the FPL Futsal Kick-Start session. Designed really to just get you familiar with the game and the ball, and really whet your appetite for more, the Kick-Start is an ideal starter for coaches, teams or football service providers looking to discover the magic ball. The FPL is working to proliferate Futsal through helping as many coaches and providers get up to speed and get out there delivering Futsal to the masses. With the years of coaching and event management skills under our belt, the idea is that the academy acts as a catalyst to others providers. "The FPL seeks to work with facilities as well as associations, coaches and football service providers to build a network of qualified and competent delivery agents for Futsal, says Mark Potter", FPL Head Coach. mark adds, "Finding facilities is always an big concern. Anyone interested should feel free to contact us directly with enquiries". We'd be glad to work with you or help put you in touch with a local contact in the Futsal community who can work with you. The FA is also offering some incentives to new leagues, with subsidies for equipment and balls. Contact the FPL directly or your County FA for more details.
